NVVT Symposium ‘Pigments and Fillers’, 28 January 2020

Fillers are the invisible influencers of coatings. These compounds blend in to give a wide range of properties from matting to protection. Pigments are their flashy cousins. Regardless of colour or effects, they are always the first to be noticed.
How are they produced, how can they be mixed in, and can they be sourced in a sustainable way? These are some of the questions we seek answers for in this symposium.
The topics range from silica to calcium carbonates and from white to effect pigments.
